Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
We accept return requests for unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@oramgofficial.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution if applicable.
We do not offer refunds for:

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
